How to File for a Return or Exchange
To return or exchange a product, please email us your order number, product name, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the issue at info@octavitals.com.
Our customer care team will contact you shortly after reviewing your request.
You may also reach us by phone at +1-917-48-5599-5, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
To proceed, your purchase must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.
⏰ Reporting Window
Returns are accepted only if reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with the original proof of purchase.
📝 Steps to Return an Item

Gather and photograph the items you want to return as proof for our customer care team.

Locate your receipt/order confirmation email, which includes your order number.

Submit a return request on the Octa Vitals website with:

Your name

Email
-
Phone number
-
Order details
-
Reason for return
-
Proof (photos/videos)

Our customer care team will review your request and contact you if it is found eligible.

If approved, ship the product back to us using any courier service.

After reviewing the returned item, we may issue:

An exchange, or
-
Store credit of equal or lesser value

Approved returns cover the product price only. Shipping or customization fees are non-refundable.

If your claim is rejected, you will be notified within 5 business days.

Octa Vitals is responsible for your return only once it reaches our warehouse.

Returns are accepted only via courier services.

Successfully returned items may be exchanged or converted into store credit.

For faulty or incorrect deliveries, Octa Vitals will follow the procedure:
Repair → Replacement → Store Credit (if repair/replacement not possible) -
Refund processing time: 14 to 45 days.
✔ Eligibility Criteria for Return
You are eligible for a return if:

The item arrived defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

An incorrect product was delivered.

The received product is incomplete.
❌ Non-Eligibility Criteria for Return
We cannot accept returns for:

“No longer needed”, “Changed my mind”, or similar non-technical reasons

Products you simply don’t like after opening

Made-to-order or customized items
-
Orders with special discount/favor

Returns reported after 48 hours of delivery

Items returned in tampered, damaged, worn, or washed condition

Violated care instructions (bleeding, color fading, print damage, dryer damage, etc.)

Items bought on sale (non-returnable & non-exchangeable)

Octa Vitals does not accept exchange or return for products that have been:

Washed

Dried
-
Damaged
-
Stained
-
Altered in any way
We are not responsible for color fading, print damage, or fabric deterioration due to improper washing/ironing.
